• Digitally delivered

• Created using AI based on your unique submission

 

...we are unable to resell or reuse any order. As such, ALL purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

 

• Change of mind after purchase

• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated story or animation style

• Errors in customer-submitted information (name, details, photo)

• Technical issues on the customer's own device

 

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. StoryMe Studios uses artificial intelligence to generate creative content. The final video is an artistic, AI-generated interpretation of submitted materials. Variations in style, character resemblance, and story content are expected and normal. By placing an order, you acknowledge you are doing so at your own risk.

 

REVISIONS INCLUDED:

• Spark & Magic packages: 1 revision

• Epic package: 2 revisions

Revisions cover reasonable adjustments only. Full rewrites or complete re-animations are not included.

 

TECHNICAL FAILURES: In the rare event of a technical failure on our end (video not delivered, corrupted file), we will re-create and re-deliver your order at no charge. This is not a refund.
